Service Description

Airbnb consult starts with a visit to the space (house, condo, ADU etc) you want to convert to a successful short term rental business. I will make design and/or remodeling and furniture layout suggestions. The consult will also include discussion of effective strategies for Airbnb and VRBO account set up, guidance on wording of listing description and pricing, and coaching on property management considerations. Our full service firm also oversees design, remodeling and furnishing and can be retained to see the project through to live launch of your short term rental listing.
