Airbnb consult starts with a visit to space (house, condo, ADU, etc) you want to convert to a successful short-term rental business.  I will make design and/or remodeling and furniture layout suggestions.  The consult will also include discussion of effective strategies for Airbnb and VRBO account set up, guidance on wording of listing description and pricing and coaching on property management considerations.
